Retention


NuScale does not retain your Personal Data longer than necessary (“Retention Period”). After the Retention Period, the User Content or Personal Data may be permanently deleted or anonymized. If you would like your Personal Data deleted once you no longer want to access our Website, please submit a request in writing to compliance@nuscalepower.com.

Security


NuScale takes commercially reasonable steps and generally-accepted technical and organizational security measures to protect the Personal Data provided via the Website from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. NuScale complies with the European Union (EU) General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) framework regarding the collection, use, and retention of Personal Data from EU member countries.
